(Competitor Features Anlaysis)
The purpose of the CFA is three-fold. At the onset, it should give us a general idea of what the competition looks like. Secondly, highlighting and thinking critically about the websites’ commonalities will help us begin to discern what features will help/hinder our client’s ROI. Finally, this process will play an important role in developing an effective Creative Strategy for the client’s new website.
