Revamped the look and feel of the website as well as the ISR brand. Allowed easy access to instructors across the U.S.
Overview
Infant Swimming Resource (ISR) is an established national business who focuses on drowning prevention for young children. The company was started by Dr. Harvey Barnett, who developed an aquatic survival technique that could be used for non-verbal infants. ISR trains instructors all across the U.S. who, in turn, train infants and children. ISR offers private, highly specialized certified instruction for children from six months of age.
The Challenge
Redesign the website so that ISR is conveyed as being the established and proven company they've become and to portray ISR as the authority on drowning prevention for children.
Main goals:
- Connect interested parents with instructors in their area who will help them through the registration process.
- Educate parents and the medical community in their proven infant/child drowning prevention method.
The Solution
LevelTen portrayed ISR as a leader in their industry by using a combination of:
- Videos.
- Imagery.
- Targeted, relevant content.
Every page of the ISR site included
- Content that emphasized safety as the utmost goal of instruction.
- An instructor locator search engine, so that interested parents can easily find instructors in their area.
An "Instructors" page explains the screening, training, and qualifications of the ISR instructors.
Fun design elements, pictures, and videos are used to attract the viewer's attention to reading the content on the ISR website. Bright blue and orange colors create a fun, lively mood. Large images and videos of babies swimming underwater and using the rollback to float method, intrigue parents and the medical community to read further into the content and educate themselves about ISR instruction.

Instructor base has increased by over 150% to over 250 instructors worldwide and their waiting list contains over 1000 names of potential students.
