The Challenge:
Domaille Engineering came to LevelTen after having their former web company greatly under-deliver. The work performed was costly and not representative of a multi-million dollar company. With a reduced budget, Domaille requested that LevelTen perform an audit of what had been delivered and then make recommendations for how to proceed. Unfortunately the only answer was to completely scrap the last project and move forward with something new.
The Solution:
Understanding, Domaille's situation, LevelTen recommended their iSite Essentials (now called Open Enterprise) as it was a solid solution that could be delivered quickly and economically. Utilizing the Fusion Themes, Lockdown Theme, LevelTen was able to quickly deliver a modified version of the design to fit Domaille's branding and imaging. The new site incorporates many of the standard Open Enterprise features including a blog, a news & press release area, an events calendar and an easy-to-manage contact form.
After the initial site launch, LevelTen re-engaged Domaille Engineering to provide further strategic direction. Through holding meetings, conducting marketing surveys, providing on-site heuristics and traffic analyses, and assessing competitor sites, LevelTen helped uncover differential advantages, recommended strategic solutions and deployed enhanced features to increase traffic, conversion and retention.
The Results:
LevelTen was able to successfully and rapidly deliver results for Domaille Engineering. Since the original launch, LevelTen has re-engineered the site's architecture to be more intuitive, added a custom blog with commenting, sharing and archive features, integrated advanced search engine optimization modules and added e-commerce functionality allowing Domaille to sell their unique polishing and fixture accessories online. Analytics have shown significant increases in search engine placement for keywords, increased traffic and better conversion and retention. LevelTen continues to provide support and strategic input to Domaille Engineering.
