CuDerm Rebranding and Website

Reinvigorated the CuDerm brand, increasing revenue by 82% in two years and landing numerous prestigious clients.

CuDerm knew in order to grow they had to move beyond their scientific dominated culture to better communicate with marketing departments and ad agencies - and they had to do it world wide.

The Solution

LevelTen recommended a from-the-ground-up re-branding of CuDerm which balanced both sides of their business. The goal was to create a world-class brand that would attract marketers from the world's most prestigious brands, yet leverage CuDerm's scientific differential advantage. The work was extensive: a new logo, revised taglines, a redesigned website, new print collateral, and updated tradeshow materials.

The centerpiece of the new brand is the website, www.cuderm.com. It features dual information architecture to target both sides of CuDerm's audience, content management, e-commerce, online idea kit order, extensive graphic portfolio, multimedia presentations and more. LevelTen also implemented a strategic search marketing and conversion campaign targeted for CuDerm's hard to reach B2B niche.

The Results

In the two years since the launch of the website, CuDerm has seen a dramatic resurgence in sales. The company has nearly doubled its size in two years, reporting 82% revenue growth during that time. Since the launch, CuDerm has landed several new high profile clients through online marketing including: Cardinal Health, Tahitian Noni, and Purell.

What is even more remarkable is that the customer self-service features and the high conversion rate of the site have allowed CuDerm to actually reduce staff and overhead during this high growth period, creating an even more dramatic increase in profits.

Recently, CuDerm's PPC campaigns were reviewed by LevelTen's marketing department, leading to a Google Adwords overhaul. This resulted in a 200% increase in the click through rate with a 25% reduction in costs from the prior month.
