Comedy Defensive Driving

Comedy Defensive Driving School® is a state-approved driver’s education classroom course which has been organizing and teaching defensive driving for ticket dismissal and insurance reduction since 1989, issuing completion certificates to over 2 million students in Texas. In August 2006, Comedy went online and were the first to release a 100% no reading 2D/3D celebrity parody voice over defensive driving course available for ticket dismissal.

The Challenge

With dozens of online competitors and two major players with an eight-year head start cornering the online market, Comedy Defensive Driving®’s plight was no laughing matter. The challenge was to automate a majority of their business by extending the same success with their classroom course they had achieved offline, online. Previously controlling all of their own marketing, they decided it was time to turn over the wheel.

The Solution

With an online marketing plan of active and ongoing monthly marketing campaigns, LevelTen optimized Comedy’s pay-per-click accounts, implemented conversion tracking, and used special SEO methods to increase targeted traffic, link popularity, and lower cost per conversion.
