Job Description

Project Managers are responsible for all aspects of tracking projects from concept through development, quality assurance, delivery and post-delivery analysis. Project managers drive project success by working closely with account managers, creative/developers and clients to facilitate efficient project workflow.

Responsibilities

• Taking projects from conception through completion, on schedule and on budget
• Requirements gathering / documentation
• Managing tasks, timelines and deliverables
• Facilitating client and project team communications
• Identifyng potential problems and resolving issues
• Maintaining overall quality control and testing process
• Project accounting

Skills

Individuals must have a well rounded background in web related projects.

Requirements:

• 2+ years project management experience preferably in a web development company
• Understanding of software development life cycle
• Strong oral and written communication skills / ability to communicate with clients and staff
• Detail oriented and well organized
• Ability to manage web related projects from inception to completion

Bonus:

• PMP Certification
• Programming, server admin or other technical experience
• IT consultancy or ad agency experience
• Understanding of web best practices

Compensation
