DFW Scrum will have a presentation by Andrew Pham on the influence of Architecture on Scrum Velocity as part of an article he wrote. Mike Cohn had reviewed it and suggested to Andrew to send it to the Scrum Alliance for publication. Andrew is also currently finishing his book on Scrum for the new project teams.

While DFW Scrum continues to reach out to Developers, this presentation is also management-oriented since it deals with the way development teams should work with the product owner and ScrumMaster.
