I recently heard someone on TV say, “I’m a woman of the tens .…” Ha, I had never thought about it but I guess what else would you call this decade?
I am starting off my third year of the tens with a bang, as the new web designer for Level Ten Interactive. As I settle in with my brand new colleagues in this brand new year, I’ve been reflecting on my goals for my client work at Level Ten. I’ve decided one of my top priorities is to make our clients’ sites look “of the tens.” But what does it mean to be “of the tens?”

LevelTen’s Super Bowl website for the 2011 North Texas Super Bowl was featured on CBS 11 News last Thursday night. The story focused on small businesses and entrepreneurs who have the opportunity to capitalize on the Super Bowl coming to DFW in February of 2011.

DALLAS, July 7, 2010— More than two-thirds of organizations anticipate increasing their investment in open source technology, according to a recent survey by Accenture.
This comes as no surprise to Dallas-based LevelTen Interactive, which has been preaching the virtues of top open source development platform Drupal to clients and colleagues since 2008.
Of those surveyed, 40% said they plan on migrating mission-critical software to open source platforms within the next 12 months.
