Clement Hurd was the illustrator of several beloved children's books, including, Goodnight Moon and the Runaway Bunny. He was born on January 12, 1908 and passed away on February 5th, 1988. Clement Hurd had a son, Thacher Hurd, who is also a children's book author and illustrator.
