Or in this case - When to leave your pink flowered shirt behind . . . he he (sorry RB)

Let me just start by saying, I love our dress code here at LevelTen. It has always been important to me to be able to dress casually at work . . . It makes for a better, more comfortable work environment and what creative person doesn’t want that, right? Here is an article that talks about how “dressing up” or “dressing down” are open to a variety of interpretations, especially in the creative field.

    Erin,

My name is Giovanni Gallucci. I am a fashion faux pas-aholic. While I struggle each and every day to present myself as a successful consultant/executive, I am constantly pulled back to the baggy shorts and faded t-shirts I sported back the hayday the internet. In those days, coding all night, riding scooters in the parking lot, playing xbox and gorging ourselves on all the free Cokes we could stomach was the rule of the day. Yes those were good times, but we all have to grow up and become adults eventually…even if that doesn’t happen until you’re in your mid-30’s :-)

Beautiful site by the way :-)
