Network Solutions Read my Twitter Post

By Chris - Posted on 22 August 2008

I'm not sure if they care or if they more concerned with damage control, but Network Solutions actually responded to a negative twitter post I made today. I really got a kick out of it, but since they are an online company it's nice to see that they are utilizing social media from a brand control standpoint.

Hi, this is Connie from Network Solutions. Certainly we care about our reputation, but the company has a new initiative that’s called Voice of the Customer. With Voice of the Customer , we are actively listening to our customers, and adjusting our service offering to serve their needs. This is the future of the company. So when we hear someone say something, it ‘s more than just listening.
