I was so very happy with my L10HC stats for years and years. But since a few weeks I have tons of problems. I takes me very often 10-20 times to log in (Server not responding Try again in afew moments), No data for the given period etc..
And when I finally get through I can only acces the summary details, nothing else (No Data for the given Period).
Strange thing however is, when I choose for last year, last week, last month it comes with the message No data for the given Period and after a while Data Lock Server timed out etc..
But when i choose for 365 days prior to etc.... it comes up with the stats.
Only 365 day prior to works not 7 or 90 etc..... There must be something wrong with the calculations of the date ?!
Can somebody shine his or her light over this ?

| Same support as ever I see! I logged in today to find no stats at all, this follows the Hit counter display dysfunctioning around 8 months ago that I gave up trying to get support to fix. I was basically told I was lucky the product was free. yes, wasn't I lucky! I would rather pay for this fantastic bit of kit than get no support at all. |
