My apologies! Somehow, my old index page had reverted to an old version of code. I have since added in the parameter I mentined previously and it appears fine now. All other pages have the L10 counter on them too and they work. Just use the menu on the left to view them.
Try it again (refreshing using crtl + F5), then view the code and you will see where I added the parameter for it to play the movie. It seemed to work straight away for me but if not for you, then I hope the developers can shed some light on this for us all!.

Cool! At least now I know what it should look like ... I see the scrolling stats now. Hopefully I can figure out your fix and try it later today. I take it the "fix" needs to be done on every page where you want it to appear.
Thanks! As so often at places like this, it is other users like yourself that come to my rescue. I always try to return the favor to others when I can. |

OK I entered it but I still don't get it to work. If you get a chance could you take a look? I only have it on one page (the additional code) right now. I can "see" the flash screen above the graphic box. It is way at the bottom of the page.

In the options I have the first box unchecked and the second one checked (though I don't understand what it does). I have the two statements selected that were there when I installed it. Am I missing something there. This is getting a bit frustrating. |

Nobody can help further? Rats!!!
One thing I noticed when I right clicked on the flash window above the graphic and brought up the menu, "play" was not checked. I presumed that is what the fix was supposed to do??? Anyway, when I clicked on "play" it still did not
As far as I know it is collecting the data OK. I would like to solve this and the solution for seeing the IP did not work and I have received no further help on that. Anything will be appreciated! TIA
I know it works as I saw the example on that website working! |

I had this problem but it cured by moving the L10HC_FlashParam.txt out of the L10Apps directory (as advised) and unchecking the 'remove hit counter display box'.
After that I could see scrolling black text on a white background over the logo box.
Thanks for the free software btw
