I have been using L10 without problems for about 10 days within a FrontPage web site. For reasons unknown when I now call Reporter all I get returned is a page with the links " L10 Hit Counter - Free Web Counters | LevelTen Design - Web & Flash Designers" 
The L10HC_FlashParams.txt file contains the following: res=OK&cgiPath=http://(Domain Name)/cgi-bin/level10/L10HC_Admin.cgi&acct=& and all files seem to be in place.
Does anyone have any advice on what may be the problem? If I have to reinstall how can I backup and restore the current tracking data?
