If I want to measure the activity of any of my sites subdomains, do I just have to specifiy the subdomain(s) when entering the information in the initialization script or do I have to setup separate installs for each subdomain?

You can specify several subdomains, if you wish! Just make sure to put a comma between the domains you want to track.

Ok, but do I need to put the tracking code within the index.php page for the sudomain as well as within the index.php for the domain?
