My Level 10 is set to track several of my sites in one database.

Is there a way to filter my views so I see only one site at a time OR
group the views by site name?

There is no global filter that can be applied to all views. Some reports do have a 'group by' option, such as Pages > Entries, where you can group by domain, URL, keyword, or other options.

History also has a few filters which can be useful in this regard.
