After using L10HC for a while I was wondering about that many hits from Google China. Crosschecking it, it seems to be that L10HC interpretes hits coming from google.ch as from Google China.
Google.ch is Google Switzerland and that makes much more sense on my sites. 
Google.cn is Google China and I'm fair sure not getting that much hits to a german site from there.
Maybe it can be corrected in an update of the SE files.
