I have been using L10 for 4 months now and think it is great. This week, though, it has started acting strangely.
When I'm looking at the history tab and click "Weeks Prior to", it drops a months worth of stats and the data is wrong. It is also not showing new data - the data never changes. It doesn't matter whether I am looking at Page Hits or Entries - it is all consistent, but not for my site.
Other periods, Days Prior to and Months Prior to, appear to be accurate and consistent with my site's activity. It also goes back to accurate data if I set the Prior to date to the previous week (5/16)
I am using // v3.16 (05/17/04) although the reporter says it is V3.15. on the About page. I am using the MySQL version on a FreeBSD server with PHP version 4.3.10 and MySQL version 4.0.16.
Please contact me directly if you would like access to the reporter so you can see for yourself.
Thank you,

:x
I got past this issue back in June. I restored an older version of the Params.php file. For a while, I ran it such that the permissions on the Params file were wrong. Then I fixed them and when it did its monthly update to the mother ship, it worked again.
Well, it is doing it again, and this time I'm not able to work around it. For some reason, it also changed the Reporter.html file. I've tried restoring both, with only read permissions to prevent the mother ship from screwing with it, but still having the problem.
Also, if you move the date back to 8/18/2005, the display and data are correct. Anything after 8/19 and they are wrong. This only started today, yesterday(8/24) the display and data were correct. So, it is exhibiting the same problems as before (I could move the date and have it display properly then as well.)
Can anyone out there help!!! |
