The script seems to be installed properly, the sample form loads and after information has been entered the user is redirected to the proper page, but no email registers in the referrers email account???

no error message is displayed.... so I'm at a loss for why there is no message sent.

any suggestions would be appreciated.

make sure the domain you are sending the email to is in the validReferers array.

You also need to make sure that the email recipient adress is on the same domain as the one you've installed the script on.
e.g if your domain is widget.com you should make sure that the recipient email is something@widget.com.
